Sharlyn earned her MA in Communication and a minor in Addiction Disorders & Recovery Studies from Texas Tech. After both of her daughters experienced medical trauma, she became determined to get the word out about how Play Therapy can help heal children and families from the inside out. Sharlyn spent the first four years of her marketing career in the retail sector and is thrilled to finally follow her passion to “help the helpers.” She’s been with Play Therapy Connection since 2018.
